A life remembered
Mrs Cecile Ganteaume, née Pantin, aged 86, of Petit Valley, Diego Martin, passed peacefully on 2 July 2026, surrounded by her devoted family. She will be lovingly remembered for her warmth, her grace and the gentle care she gave to all who knew her.
Born and raised in the west of Trinidad, Cecile devoted her life to her home and family and was a faithful member of the Church of the Assumption, Maraval, where she worshipped for many years. She is survived by her children Bernard, Theresa and Josephine, her grandchildren, and a large and loving family across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Assumption, Maraval, followed by interment at the Diego Martin Public Cemetery. Family and friends are warmly invited to give thanks for a long and gentle life. No flowers by request — donations may be made to the Living Water Community, Port of Spain.
