A life remembered
Mrs. Indra Seepersad, née Balgobin, aged 88, of Charlieville, Chaguanas, passed peacefully on the 24th of June 2026, at home and in the company of her family.
Born and raised in central Trinidad, she was a devout Hindu who worshipped for many years at the Charlieville Hindu Mandir, and a devoted homemaker whose kitchen and prayer room were the heart of the family. A beloved matriarch, she is survived by her children Ramdath, Vishnu, Sita and Drupatee, her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a large circle of relatives across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦Prayers will be held at the family home in Charlieville and at the Charlieville Hindu Mandir, followed by cremation at the Shore of Peace Cremation Site, Mosquito Creek. Family and friends are warmly invited to wear white. Donations in her memory may be made to the Chaguanas District Health Facility.
