A life remembered
Mrs. Parbatie Ramlogan, aged 80, of California, Couva-Tabaquite-Talparo, passed peacefully on 3rd April 2026 at the San Fernando General Hospital.
Born and raised in the Couva district, Parbatie devoted more than four decades to the classroom as a primary-school teacher, shaping generations of children who still remember her patience and kindness. A faithful member of the California Presbyterian Church, she gave freely of her time to its choir and Sunday school. She is survived and dearly missed by her husband Boysie, her daughters Indra and Kamla, her son Deonarine, and her many grandchildren, former pupils and friends across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦A service of thanksgiving for her life will be held at the California Presbyterian Church, California.
- ✦Interment will follow at the Couva Public Cemetery.
- ✦The family kindly asks that mourners wear light colours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Presbyterian primary school in California.
